5. Usage Guidelines (Acceptable Use Policy)

  • Generate misleading misinformation, fabricated news, or defamatory content targeting individuals or groups.
  • Generate content promoting weapons, drugs, controlled substances, or other illegal goods or services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the platform's content moderation mechanisms.

All user-submitted prompts are screened through automated content moderation. Requests that violate these guidelines will be rejected, and may result in account suspension or termination without refund of any associated credits.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

7. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Service is offered through paid subscription plans, as detailed on our Pricing page. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan and any applicable taxes. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection. Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of its current billing period.

8. Credits and Usage

Certain features of the Service are limited by a system of "Credits." Credits granted under paid subscriptions reset upon renewal. Unused Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon the renewal or termination of your subscription. You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Third-Party AI Services Disclosure

Image2Video AI is an independent service. We do not train or develop our own AI models. Our video generation functionality is powered by Seedance 1.5 Pro, an AI video generation model developed by ByteDance, which we access through a third-party integration partner. Image2Video AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial partnership with ByteDance, and we are not an official product or official service of ByteDance.

All AI model names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. By using the Service, you also agree to comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying model provider, in addition to these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image2Video AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
