1. Pricing and Billing

By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for that plan and any applicable taxes. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of its current billing period. We will charge your designated payment method for the renewal subscription fee, including any applicable taxes. You must cancel your subscription before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. Credits and Usage

Certain features of the Service are limited by a system of "Credits." Credits granted under paid subscriptions reset upon renewal. Unused Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon the renewal or termination of your subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect immediately following the end of your current paid subscription period. You will retain full access to the Service and any remaining credits until the end of that paid period.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for monthly and yearly subscriptions for the following reasons:

  • Subscription Model & Continuous Access: Your payment grants you access to continuous platform availability, resources, and features throughout the paid period.
  • Immediate Access and Value Utilization: Upon processing your subscription payment, you receive immediate access to all plan features, including the allocation of credits. This immediate consumption of service value makes refunds technically challenging and commercially impractical.

We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, partial years, periods of non-use, or any remaining unused credits. This policy is in place to maintain the operational integrity of our subscription service.

6. Mandatory Provisions

Notwithstanding the above, refunds will be processed only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Statutory Obligation: Where a refund is explicitly required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract.
  • Promotional Guarantee: Where a refund is specifically stated as part of a verifiable, limited-time promotional offer (e.g., a "Money-Back Guarantee"). In such cases, the specific terms of the promotional offer will exclusively govern the refund process.
